M&S Appoints Jon Rolls as Commercial and Operations Director for Fashion, Home & Beauty

Clarity would like to congratulate both Jon Rolls and M&S on Jon’s appointment as commercial and operations director for fashion, home and beauty.

Jon joins from Primark where he spent 14 years, progressing from Head of Merchandising through to Group Director of Planning & Space and a member of the executive team. Jon began his career as a Merchandiser at M&S, before spending five years in merchandising at New Look.

John will join M&S in Q4 of FY26.
