M&S appoints Paula Bricks as Retail Director for Fashion, Home & Beauty

Clarity would like to congratulate both Paula Bricks and M&S on Paula’s appointment as Retail Director for Fashion, Home & Beauty.

Paula joins M&S from Cos, where she graduated from a flagship store manager all the way through to her most recent role as Store Experience Director. As Global Sales Director, she opened 250 stores across 48 countries, before taking on her most recent role, where she led a team across 15 expert functions to Elevate service, Look & Feel and Engagement.
