Crosta & Mollica appoints Dan Plimmer as COO

Crosta & Mollica has appointed Dan Plimmer as its new COO.

Crosta & Mollica is a B-Corporation creating authentic Italian pizzas, aperitivo snacks, Italian fruit conserves and bakery favourites.

Plimmer joins from Huel, the Hertfordshire plant-based snacks and supplements producer, where he was most recently responsible for their global supply chain, having previously led the procurement and demand teams, optimising costs and enhancing supply chain transparency. Prior to his time at Huel, Dan held roles in the buying team at Sainsbury’s and Tesco, as well as 5 years as Head of Procurement at Innocent Drinks.
