Jollyes has appointed Adam Dury as its new Chief Operating Officer

Jollyes is the UK’s best value speciality pet retailer, offering food, accessories, toys and services such as dog grooming, washing and veterinary care, with market leading customer satisfaction levels and a service tailored to local communities.

Adam joins from The Card Factory, where he was CCO and General Manager, responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy, whilst increasing sales and profitability along with market share. At the Card Factory, Adam led a full transformation of the commercial structure to push customer first thinking, resulting in a £15m+ reduction in overall stock holding. Prior to the Card Factory, Adam spent 13 years at Tesco in General Merchandise, leaving as Category Director in 2019. Before his time at Tesco, Adam was Head of Merchandising at Marks & Spencer.
